Most of us have been together for a couple of years already and our previous work is still stored on the Year 4 class page.
Our Year 6 class name is Maui Dolphins because, just like us, they are friendly, social and inquisitive creatures. They are also intelligent and love to communicate. We are a small class, which is sadly true of Maui Dolphins as they are an endangered species. However, we do have new members of our group and we hope that this is a good omen for the Maui Dolphins!
We have so many adventures ahead of us this year. In a couple of weeks, we will be going to Shakespear Park YMCA Camp. We will also be flying down to Wellington in Term 2 to investigate democracy in action and to discover more about our history.
